Small Group Training Packages

Small group personal training classes are a great way to get personalized attention from your certified personal trainer while also enjoying the motivation and camaraderie of a small group setting. These classes are typically limited to 4-6 participants, which allows the trainer to focus on each individual's needs and goals.

 

What to expect:

  • Each class will typically begin with a dynamic warmup to get your body moving and prepare you for the workout ahead.

  • The workout itself will vary depending on the trainer's style and the group's goals, but it will likely include a mix of strength training, cardio, and core exercises.

  • The trainer will be on hand to provide instruction, motivation, and feedback throughout the workout.

Virtual Training

Our virtual training service is conducted online or over the phone. It is a convenient and affordable way to get personalized attention from your certified personal trainer, no matter where you are in the world.

 

How it works:

​

  • You will start by having a consultation with your trainer to discuss your fitness goals, experience level, and any injuries or limitations you may have.

  • Your trainer will then create a personalized workout plan for you.

  • You can meet with your trainer virtually for one-on-one sessions or join a group fitness class.

  • During your sessions, your trainer will provide instruction, motivation, and feedback.

  • You can also communicate with your trainer between sessions via email, phone, or text message.
